Founded in 1994, the Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) is a
non-stock, non-profit organization that advocates for the adoption of
the GNU/Linux operating system and free and open source software in the
Philippines. Composed entirely of volunteers from many sectors of

and other non-government organizations, PLUG seeks to be an avenue of
development in its stated goal of promoting free and open source
