The exchanges are much more fluid with the electronic signature

What drives an organization to choose the electronic signature?

We asked Aurélie Jeanson, management assistant at the training center Formaposte, who has been using Maileva Signature for a few months.

We asked some questions to Aurélie Jeanson, management assistant at Formaposte , about her use of Maileva Signature, an electronic signature solution.

What is Formaposte?

Formaposte is a training center that trains apprentices on all types of expertise and diplomas, from the CAP to the Engineer’s degree. Our CFA develops its activity in the New Aquitaine and ex-Midi Pyrénées regions. This is an extra-mural CFA, which means that classes are taught by Formaposte’s partners in high schools, universities or other CFA’s.

Why switch to electronic signature?

We had a real need to facilitate the sending of pedagogical delegation agreements to our partners; a convention requires at least three signatures, which naturally induces sending constraints. These are important documents that contain the roles and responsibilities of each, the number of hours of lessons to be taught, and so on.

What benefits do you see there?

Reactivity in the first place: we often work on short deadlines, so being able to electronically sign these documents can be much more responsive. Today, it takes between one day and one week to sign the agreements (after a few round trips); before, it could last up to a month! It’s easier for everyone. Dematerialization also saves money by saving printing, stamping and postage costs.

Finally, it is very convenient since all the protagonists can consult the documents at any time, no need to scan them or to send themselves letters. The exchanges are much more fluid.

Beyond that, the team that set the solution is very attentive and called me several times to find out if everything was going well, if I had questions … there is a real follow-up is very nice.

And then ?

Today I am the only one at Formaposte to use the electronic signature solution, but we plan to deploy it on other poles very soon.
